How we hire

Four steps, about two weeks end to end:

  1. A 30-minute call with the hiring manager.
  2. A paid take-home you can do in three hours, or a live pairing session if you would rather.
  3. Two interviews with the team you would join.
  4. A conversation with a founder.

We pay for the take-home at $150 an hour, and we give written feedback whether or not we make an offer.
