We notify customers at least 30 days before adding a new subprocessor. To receive those notifications, email privacy@cloudmind.example.

Regional deployments
Customers on Scale and Enterprise plans with data residency enabled have trace data processed only within their selected region. Subprocessors listed as US-only do not receive trace content.
Self-hosted
Self-hosted deployments run entirely in customer infrastructure. None of the subprocessors above receive trace data from a self-hosted installation.
