Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-03-01

These are fictional terms for a fictional company, used for testing purposes. They are not legal advice.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Cloudmind service, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Cloudmind provides observability and evaluation tooling for applications that use large language models. We may modify features over time, and we will give reasonable notice before removing functionality you depend on.

Your content

You retain all rights to the content you send to Cloudmind. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to send us the data you send, including obtaining any necessary end-user consent.

Acceptable use

You may not use Cloudmind to store content that is unlawful, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customers' data, or to resell the service without a written agreement.

Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Overage is billed in arrears. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

Enterprise plans include a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA with service credits. Other plans are provided without an uptime commitment.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for material breach of these terms, with notice and a cure period where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
