Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-03-01

This is a fictional privacy policy for a fictional company, used to exercise page generation and CMS tooling. It is not legal advice and should not be copied for real use.

What we collect

Account data. Name, email address, organization name and authentication identifiers when you create a Cloudmind account.

Customer content. Traces you send to Cloudmind, including prompts, completions, metadata and any fields you choose not to redact. You control what is sent.

Usage data. Feature usage, API request volume and error rates, used to operate and improve the service.

Website data. Page views and referrer information collected through privacy-preserving analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use account and usage data to provide the service, bill correctly, and communicate about incidents and changes.

We do not use customer content to train machine learning models. This is a contractual commitment, not just a policy statement.

Data retention

Trace data is retained according to your plan: 7 days on Free, 90 days on Team, 1 year on Scale, and configurable up to 2 years on Enterprise. Account data is retained for the life of the account plus 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email privacy@cloudmind.example and we will respond within 30 days.

Subprocessors

We use a small number of subprocessors to operate the service. The current list is maintained on the subprocessors page.
